"Untitled" depicts a woman at the center of the composition, naked and serene, seemingly falling into a swirling black hole. Surrounded by a fiery vortex of white and yellow, the illusion of depth draws her and the viewer into an inescapable descent. Butterflies encircle her, spiraling into the vortex, their progression from large and vibrant to a small, pale white one symbolizing the stages of life. The absence of a cocoon reflects the forgotten transformation we undergo, a stage of growth that often remains hidden or unremembered. This massive piece, both in scale and emotion, explores the acceptance of mortality—the calm surrender to an inevitable fate. Creating the angles to convey motion and depth was a challenge, but it became essential to expressing the quiet gravity of falling, of letting go, and of finding peace within the unknown.
